As many dwarfes, also myself, may already have noticed, the dwarfen axe was inventet lately.
Well, I want to become a good fighter, but I m not at the moment, so maybe some fellas could test the axe, compared to the firesword No seriousely, I m very curious,only tested it on zombies yet
It seems I do have one of these. I don't understand fully why some can make them and some can't. I have heard several differant solutions. Anyway, I was told that they do more damage than a firesword, but are much slower. So far it seems many think the firesword is better, and quicker. I have also attempted to cut a tree down, and it seems that it won't work. Most people around were almost sure that this would work on trees, and I guess it doesn't. I have done many tests so far and so far it seems like a good weapon. The firesword could be a little better. I can kill mummies in about one hit with a double axe, and with a dwarven axe, it takes a little more time. I am happy to hear that this axe is a one handed item. When I tested it on scorpians, there were the same results. I tried it on a couple of trolls...same results. Maybe others can handle it better. Like I said before, it seems many people rather use the firesword rather than a dwarven axe. Also, it seems some really want an axe. Some people offered ten to fifteen ingots for this weapon. I think that nobody should purchase this item, and wait for awhile. Maybe everyone can make them soon. ((Since some believe that this could be a bug, and everyone will soon be able to make them.)) Plus, I know many dwarfs that will make these for free and not charge a lot for one. Some people insist on buying this weapon, saying it is the best weapon in the game. So far I am not too sure about that.
