A tall man apears near the Shopwalls with all the notices from various Inhabitants.
After fliping through the most of them without even reading them carefuly he stops. Sadly saking his had but with an ironic grinning, hidden under the shadows of his cape, he adds some lines of text.

Yet another one of these Laffings seems to be near the town. And like the one who is still roaming through these streets, he also talks strange and without any sense at all.
Hopefully he will find himself in an accident soon, where he loses his writing hand.

Without signing the cloaked man dissapears from the scene. This is one of the rare moments where he allows himself to feel a bit of pleasure in his hearth

Tsk tsk, by marking what they say it seems the name Laffing has come to carry the burden of one whom carries it's name. ((talking of your account is ooc, it would have been better roleplay to say 'when I arrive at Illarion' as if you were on a journey here, but not yet arrived.
