Contract

Post by Juliana D'cheyne »

There is a whish of air toward the direction of the teleporter at Cadomyr and suddenly a parchment appears on the side held by an arrow. It is unclear the exact location the arrow was sent from, not knowing distance.

To the lizard by the name Ssar'ney,

There is a contract that pays well for your tail or head for anyone willing to take it. Rumor is more then one has.

The parchment remains unsigned.

~a dwarf looks around, he Comes to the parchment and rips it of, going with it behind a nearby bush. Soon a relieved sigh can be heard*

There is a parchment in the tavern on the floor that smells quite ripe, another parchment lays on the table near.

This is what you think of a legitimate warning concerning your nobility or is this someone trying to block the warning? If you wish any further information, contact Borgate. With a couple of beers he may be willing to take a parchment for someone called Hood.

Anyone paying attention may see an elf walking from the tavern carrying a magical gem in his pocket muttering...

"Not sure I think that was worth the price"

If questioned he could only say..

"Someone, couldn't tell if male or female the cloak was so big and so was the hood, maybe they were even wearing two, gave me this and whispered what to do, I suspect it was a halfling though, fairly short."

*A parchment with a candle wax insignia of the third house can be seen where the 'contract warning' was originally placed.
To whom it may concern,

A threat against the temple warrior Ssar'ney is a threat toward the entire establishment of the House of the Sea Serpent. Should you find yourself brave enough, or indeed foolish enough to seek trouble with the third house of Cadomyr, you will soon learn what it is to be engulfed by Zelphia's waters following a thousand strikes of Malachin. Your contract be damned, should you be so eager to feel Cherga's embrace, do show your cowardly self from the shadows so that this satire can be over with. One could think of easier ways to achieve your demise, but should you choose this avenue be assured it shall be swift.

For Malachin and Her Majesty,

  • ~Exelous
    • Hunter for the House of the Sea Serpent
Knight and defender of the realm
