To all,
I will be collecting a resource tax on all that take from the lands of Necktie.
The homes you live in tax you. You think this to be fair. You take all the resources you want. But you come here and think they be free. They aint. The tax will apply to any and all who keep me from trading in they towns. If I cant use yours, ya cant use mine.
The tax will be...
10 silver to harvest fruit
50 silver to mine ore
10 silver to fish
1 gold to stay the night
You may pass through for free, and visit Borgate for free, but be courteous and keep the gates closed.
The tax will be paid to any participating town member, or Necktie member. On their asking.
All taxes will be divided equally between participating towns, minus a ten percent collection fee.
