After the brutal dealings earlier today, it seems warranted to document what occurred.

The Witch-Spider, Alkatut, arrived with her servant Marcus, to trade for magical water, with the blood of the spider.

After much planning, we were found to be underprepared, and a poisoned bucket of water was given to Alkatut.

At that same moment, Bob and Juumajin turned and began to attack town members. At the same moment, a mage was standing on the wall, trying to cast a spell of confusion onto Alkatut and her servant Marcus.

It is not believed this spell was intended to be used on the townsfolk, but there is investigations still to be had.

The results of this are:
Bob and Juumajin losing access to their weapons and depot, while remaining within sight of the town walls, until other official word can be had.
No magic is to be cast against the spider by a singular mage. It may be warped against us.

Also, the hordes of undead she summoned have been slain.

Kyre sends the parchment to the Captain of the Guard by a dwarf worker who happened to be so drunk he fell in the nearest pool. It is unclear what happened to it after that.
