Vermisse Log Files

Wurde das abgeschaftt ?
Ich vermisse seit der neuen Install App die Log Files - oder sind die jetzt woanders abgespeichert ?

new log files are in a new folder called .illarion

mmh- couldn't find it last night.
Will look at it this evening when I am home from work.

I just do a start/search for ".illarion" on my computer and find it, each char's name is in there. Some (like me) have had to move their map files from the old folder to the new one. If you have that problem, you can search "illarion folder" then search ".illarion" to open old and new in order to move each char's map files. I simply left the older logs in their old folder.

Funny is I have a Illarion Folder in my Documents, But as I said it has stopped with the logfiles short before the new Application.

EDIT.: did found it.

Question can I move the new folders to my old one in the documents or will it stop working ? And if not ... I want to find it without always 10 minutes searching: what can I do about that ?

should not have lost your files with update. my files are located

c:\USers\evie

under this directory is my .illarion folder

You can move the files from the old directory to the new without problems. That will also make your minimaps you had before reappear. Just avoid to copy the files outside of the character directories because those are old client logfiles (diagnostic logs) and the settings files. No need to overwrite them.

Thx did that - and renamed the old Illa Folder so nothing can happen
