Not promising anything at all, but would it be possible to have the elves' paperdolling files (not the 3D ones, but the image files) just to give it a try?

We are talking about 11.078 files just for elves. Please find attached two examples. If you can help with paperdolling I suggest to contact martin or Nitram directly. Just don't expect it to be an easy ride

For each hair style, there's 8 images for walking and 8 for running, right?

No, in total, a haircut requires 285 graphics. I do not know how many of them are identical, though.
