Multiple "I can't log in!" Topics

Since there a constantly topics being posted on the boards concerning people not being able to log in during the time the server is down, I propose that in the next client version, there be a new message box that informs people of that issue. Something like "If you get a black screen, the server may be down, so check back later." It is probably already planned, but I thought I'd propose it anyways.

or they could just get "The sever is on / off line " message on the web page to work again.

The people who are targeted by the message probably don't see the server status anyways. The message box they may read.
