Adding Links on the forums

Umm....I used to know this, but have forgotten.

Does anyone know how to create 'hyperlinks' within the forum text? In which a user can click on a word, and get redirected to another site?

I am trying to link Issues of the Daily Profit in an Archives section to Photobucket, like the Dragon's Call (A really good idea!), but I can't remember the BBC code to do that. Could someone help with an 'example'?
