When a treasure map does not lead to a grass or a forest terrain tile, it looks like it is not diggable. Instead it tries to perform all other functions of shovel, like digging for sand...
Can this be fixed with giving shovel a different mode of operation, specific only for treasures, that does not care about tile type? Or maybe use the map itself instead of the shovel to dig it up? Please, fix this. Quite annoying to have spent an hour tracking down nothing. Especially when it causes a party member to die in the search.

i.e. When you have a map in your belt and you're within the "unknown region" of its treasure it won't dig?
