Can't complete character creation

When I get to step 3, I am unable to choose a suitable town or starting package. Not sure which. Either way I can not finish the creation. All other options did not highlight when chosen but I was able to assume they were chosen and move on.

Are you saying you were unable to choose any options at all? If not using sometimes it won't work well in IE, it may be best to try firefox. (or google chrome)

I do use firefox. And no, none of the options got highlighted. They did let me move on. Until the last, when nothing would work.

Perhaps you can take a screenshot?

Do you, per chance, use any fancy extensions or an outdated version of firefox?
