A few very important pieces of parchment seem to be scattered across bane, they look rather official.

A reminder for the Governor, until at some later date which we have a stationed judge which can put his seal of approval to everything that's voted for, there can be no more votes. I suggest the good Governor gets busy in this area immediately.
