Who owns the new house

because if no one owns it then I will buy it for my guild

As much as i've heard the new house is an Inn. You can rent a room there for 200 Silver a week. But that's not official, for i've only heard it from someone.

I don't think anyone is going to pay 200 ingots a week for a room, considering you could buy your own building the size of the Silver Star shop for 300 ingots.

I agree with you there Korwin it does seem a bit much for a week and like you said you can buy a house the size of the silverstar shop for 300 ingots.

A guild may buy it and use it for the purpose of an inn....there you go. Heheh. Serpardum said it was going to be anything the buyers he buy it want it to be. It can be a guild or a group of 4 or more people who buys it decision.

Officially: There is nothing official about this building.

The builders union has yet to decide what to do with it.

hmm... The Silverstar Merchants guild might be willing to buy it.
Afterall in the poll we had, there was an overwhelming majority for building an Inn in the enar future anyway.
