My mule disappeared! >:( It was standing right next to me! I wasn't even moving!

It´s a bug.

Your stuf isn´t gone, you just have to buy a new one.

Did somebody walk by you with a mule? You can only have one VISIBLE mule on the screen, but it is still there. you just act like it is still there and all and it will come back if you aren't on the same screen of another one.

But there's also various other reasons that mules disappear, there have frequently been mule involved glitches.

Personally, I liked cows better.

Then why are mules so expensive? If it's known to be a buggy system then there shouldn't be such a penalty for loosing one! That's ridiculous!

Mules aren´t expensive.

But yes it´s aggravating, to lose a mule which was bought with the first silver coins.
Calm down and go on

. It´s like Zehshirr said, All of us lost more than one mule.
There are people working on this bug, it will be fixed.

You'll get your items back when you buy another mule - so all you lost was a 2 silver deposit. Which will buy you very little anyway.

This is an old bug which has a fix on the TS already, no need to report it.

Okay, I got the money to rent another mule (which, I guess proves Triton said about it not being a lot)

I just went to the guy and said "I want to rent another mule."

He told me, "You have allready a mule. More than one is not possible."
So I told him, "I would like to return my mule."
He said, "Where is the mule?"
Then I said, "I would like to rent a mule."
And then he said, "You have allready a mule. More than one is not possible."

And then I tried to punch him but the game wouldn't let me.

So I have a useless invisible mule.

Help me.

Log out and then log back in.

That usually fixes the problem for me.

Yes, mules are just plain glitchy.

Although sometimes they glitch in a way that you can return the same mule 5 or 6 times and get 10-12 silver before you can get a new one

I have the impression that when that happens, someone was trying to buy a mule for 5 or 6 times and you nicked it.

So the mule-karma remains balanced.

Either way, i needed to return one mule and it forced me into getting over-payed by about 600%. Life's rough.

I just earned my next two silvers and my mule disappeared again.

I think it senses the money and runs away, at least, I told the guy who rents mules as much.

We all know that the mule glitch/bug/issue sucks, but it's a bug that has a fix that will be implemented when they're ready to implement it. No need to tell us every time you lose 2 more silver.

And I can find humor in being the brunt of a joke. Even if it's just coincidence.

I just thought it was funny that it disappeared right after I'd earned 250 copper.
