Seahorse anyone?

Several notices are posted throughout Troll's Bane, each bearing the official seal of the Viceroy.


To those whom have interest,

Troll's Bane is seeking some one to develop and manage the Seahorse property. Note, this is only to manage it. It would still be under control of the town, but it would be rented from the government. The property must be used in a way that will be of benefit to Troll's Bane and its people.

As such, any people interested, with ideas or concerns, please send me a dove. I may not be around for you to catch me in person, so please do not delay. In two weeks the government shall make its decision. Those interested in renting the building please send me a dove with details of how you would manage it, what it will be used as, the amount of time you are available, as any plans you have for it, how much rent you are willing to pay, and those to stay within. For those who seek to rent a room within this lovely establishment, you will have to wait until a decision is made.

The grounds of the Seahorse include the building and the garden, but not the bridge and island.

Please, if you are making offers, send it by dove to prevent tampering from those who might think it fair. If you wish to hang a secondary copy here, so be it. But I must have one by dove.
