The Silverstar guild shop Announcement
This is an Announcement for all the people of Trollsbane, on behalf of the SilverstarMerchants guild.
Our shop (the building behind the library, next to the cross) is being claimed by random people again and again, aswell as several people simply using it as a depot room. The building is Silverstar Merchants property, and as such we are growing weary of it being abused continously.
Even worse, when we reprimand people for abusing our property, they claim that it is either theirs or public property. Some even go as far as calling us liars. Such malconduct will be dealt with harshly in the future if the situation does not improve.
It is a place of bussiness. We will not tolerate it being usurped by other individuals, nor any aggression conducted within it's walls.
Now as this is nice and clear, there should be no misunderstandings.
Secondly, We plan to open the shop soon. We are currently finding ways to have someone manning the shop at specific times, so that you can all enjoy browsing our fine products and items. As soon as a plan is worked out, we will post the opening times, so you always know when there'll be a Silverstar accredited merchant available for your trading needs. You can however already now place orders. Simply browse our pricelists in our Guild house, note down anything ye'd like, and contact us via our board.
Note: Some of our merchants only accept gold, and thus refuse to trade items for other items. Be sure to inquire before initiating business.

Hmm, since people come to our shop to use the depot and completely disregard anything that we say to them, I propose that we hire someone to drag the depot to the staff-side of the shop.
So basically we can let those who want to do bussines with us to use the depot, but keep the unwanted-ones at bay with Roke's magnificent invention.
Do you agree?
(Would that be possible, Gods?)

hmm... which ever way we find to do something, it must be done soon...
today I was enjoying a chat with some friends in there, and a lizard came in and walked to the depot. I told him we were closed for the moment, and that he could come back later wanted he to do business with us. He didn't reply, so I bade him leave - which he ignoredeven more. I proceeded to attempt to push him out, whereafter he swiftly murdered me. Returning fromthe cross, I found him still there, once again I tried to get the murderous beast out of our shop, which made him attack me forthwith. Luckily, my friends came to my rescue, though their trying to save me merely enraged the beastly lizard even more. He finally decreed that he was "the strongest fighter in Illarion", and that he would bring some friends to kill us a few more times.
A few minutes later, he returned with the said friends. They surrounded, paralyzed and murdered me again, and once dead pushed me behind the counter so Icould not escape. Then they tried resurecting me so they could amuse themselves killing me some more no doubt, but luckily I managed to escape. Upon my return to the shop, they mocked me, and said if ever they saw me again they would butcher me again.
All of this taking place in our own shop, because I tried to evict the lizard as we were closed...
I did manage however to get one name and their descriptions. Landen was one of the later lizards, and they looked like (10799 and 26704) The main murderous beast looks like (7796).
An Orc witnessedthe whole episode yet did nothing. After the lizards had left, I bade him leave too, to which he responded he would "report" me and "have me banned". He more looked like (31813).
Our guild builds a shop. We man it and sell our products to the town. And yet this is how they show their appreciation...
Once again, I would like to stress that we are not an aggressive warior guild, but having to defend our very lives and even in our own shop! makes me think that the time may have come for us to install a guardian division in our guild. These would be comprised of strong and dependable fighters, who would guard our shop, and ensure our security therein. Secondly, they could also minimise the threat of thieves, by apprehending and incapacitating them.
I propose that the Silverstar council (that's all of us) convene and discuss this matter at the earliest time possible. Our very security and survival are at stake! Let me know which times will be conveniant for you all.

Your shop was closed, that was not in use by your own admision, and you tried to deny someone access to the depot in there?
I could understand, maybe, if you were open, but since you were closed, you were not using it. Without a locking door I think it only reasonable to be able to use it as your shop when you are using it as your shop.
Denying someone access to the depot when you don't need it or use it is just... mean. I can think of no other reason. So you do this mean act, then push him around?
Although him and his group (( multi-killing )) you is definately not a good thing either.

Some OOC so bear with me
((OOC Start:
We don't like people using out building without knowing that it is indeed owned, and that we own it, I am sure you can understand that it is reasonable for us to have rules pertaining to our shop, I don't see anyone complaining about the tavern having rules, it is just reasonable. Furthermore, it is not mean to deny people access to the shop, it's only mean to deny them access when they ask politely to use it.
I don't know the details of this attack, so I have not yet, but should they be reading this, I want perpetrators to know that although I myself am far from, what was it "the strongest fighter in Illarion", I do know some strong people, and also know people who would love nothing more than to have a good bounty hunt against a justified target.
In addition to what I have said, I would like it to be known that next time one of SilverStar's merchants is attacked in our building unjustifiably, I am going to make the attacker famous. I am good at sketching faces, and Mishrack has a very good memory (probably has something to do with his skill as a scribe, and numbers). We'll be posting wanted notices for that person, they'll also contain a reward for their... 'pacification'. We will also be spreading the word (as soon as we learn their name) as to what a "honorable" person they are, having attacked merchants in their shops and all. I am sure everyone will be happy to trade with such a "trustworthy" person. (Incase you couldn't tell, those last two sentences are heavy with sarcasm)
So, to sum up, I am enraged at this attack, I am looking into the details, and may be contacting some bounty hunters. I am seriously considering what I have suggested towards anyone who attacks a SilverStar Merchant in our shop, although tomorrow when I am less angry I might rethink it.
Also, before I leave I would like to invite the people who attacked Mishrack to explain their side of the story, it never hurts to hear both sides.
Were there Locking Doors, we'd have one, and it would be locked, but currently they are unavailable. Since we are currently meeting and discussing things in the building, there are times when we wish to deny others access, without locking ourselves in via current methods. When we are kicking people out it is because we are currently using the shop, we aren't running out of the blue whenever we get reports, we are in the shop, people come in and we tell them that the shop is closed. We (or at least I, although I am fairly certain Mishrack would be also) am polite about it and tell them that we own the building and that we would appreciate them going elsewhere for the time being. OOC End))Without a locking door I think it only reasonable to be able to use it as your shop when you are using it as your shop.

But Serpardum.
Since everyone feels that they have to question our ownership, or just claim that the building belongs to them.
It's not making me feel very co-operative either.
Its very frustrating to talk to the wall's ye' know.
'Aye, this is a shop. Aye, The SilverStar merchants own it. Where you can buy? From me, or my companions. No, this is not public house. No, this is not your house. Could you please not use the depot unless you are going to buy something? Didn't you hear what I said? Could you please get out of the staff-side of the shop? Because you are not a member of the shop-crew, are you? If you want to read books, go to the library, it's rigth across the street. No you Cannot poison me!'
There are just few conversations that I have had inside the shop, most of them many, MANY times..
I have thrown out only one person, but there are many who have felt that they have the right to push everyone in the shop just to reach the depot.
Including all the SilverStar merchants, which is to say, at least very rude.
But this happends several times in a day, even when we are open (which is always when I am there) and I perhaps could allow them to use it, but it so frustrating to tell each and everyone the same thing, if they bother to reply anything at all.I could understand, maybe, if you were open,

So many times I hear people say something to the effect of "I dont' know why he attacked me, all I did was push him."
All I'm saying is, when you push someone, you are initiating the attack. Especially if you push a lizard or a dwarf, we don't like being pushed.
I can understand Mishrack wanting the lizard out of his shop, and I can understand the lizard attacking Mishrack when Mishrack pushed him.
I can not understand Mishrack pushing him, and I can not understand the lizard (( multi-killing )) Mishrack.

Morgaine speaks...
Dear sir Mishrack,
i am very displeased to hear what has happened to you in your own guilds shop building - such a thing must not happen. Due to all the crimes that are happening in Trolls Bane of the late i was thinking about installing a court with representants of all guilds that would act as judges or lawyers in a process. it be about time we bring those criminals to court and make them pay for their foul deeds.
yours,
Morgaine Le Fay

#me goes around his usual business in the shop and notices a long list of letters. Reading through them Zerbus face goes all grim. Beeing to much in a rush get some role of pergament he decides to missuse Morgaine Le Fay´s pergament and scribles in tiny letters some words to Mishrack.
Greetings Mishrack!
i offer ye my war axe and the strong hands that know precisely how to wield it. i shall crush this lizards head, if necessary i will continue to do so, until i can beat at least some wits into it. i accept no payment - the pleasure will be all mine to teach the mightiest illarionite some respect.

This is a very bad situation indeed. With all this happening to the Silver Star merchants it is bad for their main goal. And that is to run their business. So I think that whoever the hudlums are I suggest you stop cause one way or another punishment will come upon you. Straighten your act out and respect the others around you escpecialy the merchants or Silverstar. That is Quain, Mishrack, Caranthir, and Roke. Show some respect among them and you yourselves will get respect upon you in a good way and get whatever attention you desire. I just hope you come to your senses and stop harrassing these men. They have done nothing to you to harm ye. So please stop this nonsense.
Sincerely,
Sevious Helios

Well, well...
This is indeed an unsettling turn of events.
All people whom I respect speaking in such a bloodthirsty manner-Roke, Mishrack...I am shocked and chagrinned at your threats of eliminating the people trespassing.
I am sure they can be dealt with in a peaceful manner if you all just-

Hail Mishrack!
today was a great day - i met this lizard and a wonderful chatter did we have. he claimed that he had not taken any actions against you, nor that he had killed you. i made him understand that i would be after him, if such a thing should occur again and this little bastard liar threatened me with the all so mighty esyclan. *me starts laughing madly* anyways, this did not impress me at all, so he would mention somebody named darlok. if you can make something out of it... i dont - we will see what will happen next.
