what do i need to start a guild?

and how much does houses and caves cost?

or maybe since im a elf , can i get a house up in a big tree?

If you want build a guild than open a tread in the "Guild Board"There you write the name of the guild and ask who is intress to join in the guild...

Elf houses in trees are planned.
Prices for houses are nor decided yet and no houses will be built until the map editor is finished.

on the houses?
