Too many snipers.

I am fairly new to Illarion and my charcter is not that strong so I am easy to kill. There are to many snipers terrorising the city. I have been killed 3 times today by them. And the bad part is there is never proof because you cant see what a person is weilding. Anyways sniping is almost always in violation of rule #7 unless that sniper was hired to kill one person and then this should be done only once not repeated amounts of time.

BTW: I did not know of the sniper who was attacking me so I can't report it.

I beleive the sniper was found and dealt with.
