Mega lags

I have a problem with lagging what makes that I can't playing normally. These lags are not only today but they are started few days earlier, maybe one week. Even writting in texts and commands frame displays very slowly.

Ha! It was from paint shop pro instalation when I had to change accelaration speed in displays options :D Please lock this topic!
