Problem/s with Illarion and Webpage

Greetings.

I've had odd problems with my illarion recently

I will start from the beginning..the past few days I have had a few problems with the illarion webpage with my Computer, basically the page opens/works very very slowly, IF it does that at all..
First I disregarded it just as cranky explorer, but yesterday made me to think otherwise.
I logged in at noon, everything was normal, I unlogged and did some other things with my computer.
Later in the evening I attempted to go throught the boards, but the page refused to co-operate with me, "O' well", I shrugged, "Just as soon I get into precious Illarion everything will be fine".
When I logged on, first thing in noticed was the unusually long time it took for me to get in..
And when I got in there, it was quite..sticky, so to say.
Well, I had seen worse lags before and didn't actually care, I was doing my bussines as I noticed that the stickyness seemed to get worse all the time, soon it was almost impossible to move OR to talk.

The delay when doing an action is without exacurating 10 to 15 seconds least. "Well", I shrugged again, "This is propably either some problem with my computer, or the server- I'll try restarting but if it doesn't work, I am sure that it is gone by tomorrow.."
Well, I tried it, didn't help.
I logged in today from school, and I had no problems with the page..
"Good, I was right" I thought.
I was shocked when I turned my computer on a moment ago, the page loads-
EXTRA SLOW and the delay for movement, actions and talking is at least 10 seconds!

Other webpages work normally, and I've got low pings in other games..
What might be wrong?
I have had no problem with Illarion before, and NEVER, even with a modem had such lag as this.

Oddly enough, this has occurred only at evenings.
What might be wrong?

perhaps your ISP has problems in the evening with his connection to germany.

well, I had no trouble connection to a few german websites just two minutes ago, but this site still is cranky.

I had the same problems, and it seems Roke and Christiana did too.

What Os do you run on? I run Windows 98 SE, And for me every now and then I will have to run Norton system works, For me it has to do with messed up active x controlers. When i run norton and fix it everything is back to normal. Might want to give it a try.

I highly doubt that what OS you use would affect your viewing a website.
