lately it became clear again that players are often unaware to how the admonishment-system works. Thus I'll try to give a short explanation.
If a player is caught doing something "illegal" ingame he is sent a message with an usually friendly warning not to do so again. In bad cases he is told that he's getting a warning.
I guess I myself sometimes did not state it clearly enough, so..
A warning/admonishment can mean that there will be a note in your account from this day on.
The note states what you did wrong and can only be seen by GMs. We use it to make our decisions when the admonished player keeps doing bad things.
No admonishments -> we give him a slap on the wrist
Many admonishments -> bad punishments if not even the permaban (don't worry, permabans are never decided that easily)
Admonishments will stick with the account forever.
Sometimes a GM forgets to add it, you're lucky then, we do not count a "I remember him doing that two years ago.." if it is not documented, we are fair.
My offer now is that people can send me a PM if they are not sure about whether they ave admonishments or not. I heard from some people that they are really curious about it so I thought I'd give it a try.
Send a PM with the topic "Do I have admonishments? - <Account-name>" and I will check the account and will also try to find what was discussed about it in the GM-forum in case it is a not fully clear note so I can explain what you were admonished for.

vor kurzem wurde es wieder offensichtlich, dass Spieler oft nicht Bescheid wissen, was es mit dem Verwarn-System auf sich hat. Deshalb möchte ich versuchen, es kurz zu erklären.
Wenn ein Spieler im Spiel dabei erwischt wird, wie er etwas verbotenes tut, bekommt er eine Nachricht geschickt, normalerweise eine freundliche, welche ihm aufträgt, es nicht wieder zu tun.
In schlimmen Fällen, wird ihm mitgeteilt, dass er eine Verwarnung bekommt.
Ich selbst habe es einige Male wohl nicht ganz verständlich ausgedrückt, also..
Eine Verwarnung kann eine Notiz in eurem Account sein, welche von dem Tag an dort nur fürs uns GMs zu sehen ist.
Die Notiz teilt uns mit, was ihr mal verbrochen habt und wir orientieren uns an ihnen, wenn es darum geht, über Bestrafungen abzustimmen.
Keine Verwarnung -> Klaps auf die Hand
Viele Verwarnungen -> Schlimme Strafe/Permaban (den Permaban beschliessen wir nie leichtfertig, keine Sorge)
Verwarnungen werden für immer im Account stehen bleiben.
Manchmal vergisst ein GM, sie zu notieren, euer Glück dann, denn wir beachten keine "Vor zwei Jahren aber hat der mal..", wenn es nichts nichts geschriebenes dazu dokumentiert gibt, wir sind ja fair.
Mein Angebot ist jetzt, dass Spieler mir PMs schicken können, wenn sie sich nicht sicher sind, ob sie denn schon mal solch eine Verwarnung erhalten haben.
Schickt eine Nachricht mit dem Thema "Habe ich Verwarnungen? - <Account-Name>" und ich werde in eure Accounts linsen und auch versuchen, etwas im GM-Forum zu finden, wenn es eine nicht klare Notiz ist, um euch ggf. erklären zu können, wofür ihr die Verwarnung bekommen habt.
