Magically extinguishing flames.

Post by 1d20 »

Just a fun thing I thought of tonight as roleplaying something.

Could we make CUN TAH extinguish other people's torches/candles/lanterns/lamps/whatever if cast on them?

Just a little fun addition.

CUN TAH means extinguish water. So if you want to change a river to a desert thats the proper spell maybe but for extinguishing fire its not quite fitting.

How ever I'm getting the picture of the idea. Its taken into consideration for the next updates of the magic system.

We allready have Cun Sav, why not spread that spells usability to killtorches and such aswell, maybe not deleting them from the inventory, but making them too wet to be lit again.

Thanks Nitram, sorry it would be CUN SAV..... just a thought, it might be nice to temporarily block a river i.e. interrupt fishing on one also as another non-fighting spell that may have interesting RP possibilites.

Although I think it might be more fun to allow the torches to be lit again if someone wants to rather then have it permanent.

I know CUN TAH should extinguish water, but I suggested that because it also extinguishes firecamps fore some weird mysterious reasons.

But you taught me not to argue with devs, so I just did as I'm told. :P
