I cannot get out of a house near Troll Bane

It is located near Troll Bane, where river splits in two.
There are signs in front of it:
North - Troll Bane
South - Southern forest, be careful, dangerous creatures!

I entered there, when i tried to get out (use the door) it says "You try to open the door, but the door is locked".
Is there any way to get out of there?

Use the bucket on the table.

Maybe we're speaking about different houses. The only thing i can see inside is a chair, but it won't work with a door )=
Another problem is that there are trees outside and i can't see clearly inside house. But it seems to me there is neither table nor bucket...

Just had a quick swing 'round to the restroom, it's degraded it seems, and there's no longer a table for the bucket.

...There's also a hole in the wall.
