Can't connect to account

Okay, problem is this.
When I try to connect to my account, to make a new char, I either (using the homepage) get nothing. Or I (using the client) get a sertificate issue, I tried to make an exception but it didn't get me where I wanted to go.

I have activated my account and I have chars but I need a new one.

All help appreciated

Try adjusting your firewall including putting Illarion in a trusted zone if you can't get past the certificate.

What browser (including version) are you using?
This might be caused by an outdated browser you are using.

I'm using the newest version of firefox and after making an exception to the sertificate I get to an https page.
When I try to connect using the homepage, but it only gives the illa layout but nothing in the "text" field.

I don't really get what you have to do on a https site...

That shouldn't be needed for playing the game at all.

I just included it because thats where I got redirected when I tried the 'Account' link on the client start-up.
