Hi there, this is really two problems in one ...
Before creating an account I read through alot of info and found that if my partner and I both want to play, we will need to speak to someone about this as we will be using the same internet connection (also, there are four teenagers in the house and some or all of them may also be keen as they have been playing pnp rpgs with us for years). I tried several times to send an email re this but kept getting an invalid email address error. I finally tried to create an account - which I managed to do, but even after my account was activated I was still unable to send an email due my supposedly invalid email ... (I really hope btw that they have not all gone through and are now annoying someone immensely ...)
So, how do I get to email someone at all, and once I can, what can be done about getting access for our rather large household to play?

Steps to get everyone in your household to play are as following.

Each person that wants to play creates thier own, unique account, using thier own email adress.

Once this is done you have to contact a gamemaster, telling him that the accounts you just created are going to be used from a shared internet connection.
Otherwise an automatic routine will sooner or later come by and disable your accounts.

Pick one of the GMs with the friendliest sounding name (they are all mean, evil spawns of hell nothing less), preferably a GM labled as "Seer",

Alternativly you can try to contact Nitram, the good spirit (he is bribing me) and one of the Techies of the game.

If all else fails, use this forum to send private messages (PM) to mentioned persons.

Another alternative, which is possibly much faster, is to get on the illarion IRC channel (there's an applet on the website, or just go to #illarion on quakenet) and ask there - some GMs are pretty active on there, and you can get a quick answer.

Also its best if you get a confirmation BEFORE 2 different people log in, otherwise it'll get flagged.
