Deviation of class?
Is it possible to deviate from the said classes of Illarion ie mage druid etc to combine I would like a character who is an outdoors type like a ranger but want to partake more of a huntsmens roll is this characterability available as a description of myself or is this such a thing not allowed.?
Classes are simply there to give you an idea of what attributes are best.
You can play your character any way you like, and do anythign you like with him.
Obviously, some attributes won't make sense ( a fighter with 5 const and 5 strenght isn't much of a fighter), but as for mechanics, illarion has no enforced classes, you can play whatever you like.
That said, you can't have a mage druid - due to how the magic system works, you can only have one type of magic.
Reading the rest of your post, yes its possible to have a hunter, or a ranger, what you call yourself is up to you
