I have checked his IP, repeatedly when this happens. It's in his same IP range, so it's either someone in his house (brother, sister, etc..) or someone with the same ISP he has, which basically doesn't tell us much.
If you have a brother, Roke, I would suspect it was him.

Incidently, the e-mail for changing passwords is:

= Name/password changes and everything else concernign your character
But I think that goes to Bror, and bror is not in town right now.
I"ll need to find out myself how to change passwords in case he's gone.
