*sigh* Character Not Found / Followed all steps in stickies

Well, of course I'd have tech problems right off the bat.

I get an error right after the map at startup that says "Character Not Found". I did type the character's name correctly, even copying and pasting it from my Characters list during one attempt.

The character is "playable", and I've gone through all 3 character creation steps. I am certain I'm typing the right password. Is there anything else I can try that's a common cause for this problem?

Could you send me a pm with the name of the character? Then I have a look at the reason for this problem.
