popup window help

ive tried to create a new character but when i click on step one, the popup window comes up, but it moves off of the screen where i cant click it. can someone help?

nevermind. ive fixt the problem. had to update my browser. thanks for looking tho.

thanx but now something else is wrong. the whole client is in german. i cant speak german! i cant understand a thing people are saying in Noobia. i just ran to the end but i cant get in the Trollsbane portal because ... i dunno why, its in german.

Look in your account, there is an option to change it from german to english
