No.

And I use the term "No" loosely. If you have a good enough reason a gm might change your atts.

Well I want to have fighter stats but not make a new character because I'm in a guild

You could delete the character and make it again with the same name if you don't mind losing your stuff.

Well you can boost your constitution a bit if you eat well. Nothing else really though..
