hey i need help i just got this game yesterday and started but i dont now what to do...i already made my char and i walked around abit but where do i go next???? please help!

It's not a linear game, you can do whatever you want.

If you still don't know what to do, find someone and roleplay a bit with him or her, it usually falls into place, and they might give you items to help you out a bit.
