i cant log in

i was playing about 30 mins ago but had to come off because something went wrong and i couldnt move. i tried to sign back in and it says someone with that name is still logged in, i have been trying for about 30 mins to sign back in but just keeps saying the same thing. Any ideas?

Ok managed to log back on finally. started to move around a bit but now its frozen again and i can only turn in circles. am i doing something to cause this or is it that my computer is too slow?
