SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME I WAN TO PLAY THIS GAME!!!!!

ok here is the deal, i have already install the client and also the java thing but when i type my name in to play and press log in, some reason it will began to start with a black screen loading(sort of) then for like 3 sec it will close and juz gone.

some one plz help me i dont know what to do?

yes i did, i type my account anme and stuff and press play and then goes to a black screen and shut the program down(means it juz quit the game and back to my desktop)

Is there any kind of error message? If yes, post it, please

Did you enter the name of one of your ->characters<- along with your account password?

Are you using Windows 95? What OS do you use?

Does your screen have at least a resolution of 1024*768 with 16/32bit colour depth?

Is your shift key broken

This is the technical board. Roleplay won't help start the client. So that question is quite irrelevant.
