How do I log out?

Heya everyone.

Found Illarion because I am looking for high-rp graphical mud to relax on. Took some finding to find somewhere that had RP at all!

So, now I am reading background/manuals and exploring in game, because I figure the best way to learn is by doing.

But I havn't worked out how to log out yet, which means I am spending some time in game as a zombie whilst I read boards etc, and when the client crashed I went back to start. So, what do I do in order to log out?
