Trouble with Illarion

Hi can someone help me?

I tried to launch Illarion client but as soon as I enter my account data, the game says

Error:
Unable to find requested screen dispaly mode.

Do you have any idea in order to solve it?

You can call yourself lucky that you got the only problem I wrote a full documentation how to solve it for.

Seeing the long list of threads regarding this error makes me wonder if it would be a good idea to make a sticky thread with a link to your documentation.
