at various places inside norskborg hang pieces of leather, that contain the following text:

to all intruders, that might be still inside the borg:
you should leave the borg as quick as possible.
in a couple of days we will start to keep the gate locked.
any intruder found inside the borg afterwards will be killed on sight.

this anouncement includes the human, who goes by the name of Konrad (or similar)
