This problem is known, it will be fixed with the next map update and the source of this "?" was also traced.

My chars sees fartamorganas, i think only in Greenbriar ...
its an mostly vertical line, showing walls or grass (in the ocean!)... if you look at it it shows what's "really" there...

That is normal, it happens when you walk in and out of buildings and such things.
