Okay, I guess there is a problem. If I play in full screen mode there is no problem, but in the normal window version I *stagger* = means I do a step a millsec. stop, a step a stop and so on...
It is possible that a 1280 x 1024 screen resolution on a 19 inch screen causes this problem ?

Now I have the problem also in the full screen... and not a clue why >.<

Check if you accidentally lowered frame rate.

Negative... its 30, the same as before

Problem seems solved after few new settings at the graphical card.
