It is my very great wish that any with any type of history of crime, or any who still participates in it, to contact me. Long has it been my wish to restore peace to this isle. I ask you, criminals, why it is you do commit such crimes? Is it for money, or just for the pleasure of it? Well whatever the reason, I can stop your criminal lives, and yet still forfill those two desires. I ask for any criminal who seeks rehabilitation, or, even better, does not seek it, for either way I promise you will be satisfied with me. Send me a note with the bird that stays above.
