the renaissance of Illarion - a new age

Post by Korwin »

Greetings, now that I have your attention I shall tell you what I speak of. A short time ago a man, whose current alias is Marimes, gave a lengthy speach. It was about the lack of anything in this land. He spoke of achieving goals never thought of before. We all have a problem with robbers, murderers, and the like correct? So why do we not do something about it? We sit idle as they terrorize our land. Why do we not band together to stop this threat? Possibly we could agree on a system for prosecuting said persons, steps to be taken when dealing with such people and ways to collect useful evidence against them rather then just saying "he did it". So I call on you people of Illarion to think of ways to deal with these situations. I
Also propose we organize a regular "market day" you might call it. A time when merchants could meet and sell their wares. A time when citizens could buy the things they seek.((Perhapes every Saturday at a certain time this event could occur)).
So I ask that you contribute your ideas. For I alone can't make a difference but many of us together can.

P.S: I have to thank Marimes for his little (well not that little) speach.

WITHOUT HOPE!!!!!!! WITHOUT HOPE!!!!! What is this?! Who ever said there is no hope? As long as there is happieness there is hope. As long as there is peace there is hope. As long as there is love there is hope. These things we have and therefore we have hope. I think this is a great idea, it is just what this land needs. I do not have any ideas as of now, but you can bet that I will be doing my to come up with some.

True Hope? What do you mean? There is only one kind of Hope and it lives within us all. We all have hope we just need to know how to harness it.

Eactly, one who asks a question on it, has not truly experienced the suffering, pain and emptyness that brings true hope above normal hope.

I understand what you mean Mannelig. Few have gone though the suffering that some such as me and maybe you have gone though. I went though enough to experience what you call "True Hope" but you see hope is still hope and it is everywhere and within everyone. people just need to know where to look for it. But in anycase this is not the place to talk of this. Maybe we can talk on this topic with in Illarion some more, but not here.
