i'm clueless, where are all the fairys and gnomes, i'm a fairy but where are all the others?

Hello!

I'm sure that you have noticed that gnomes and faries are special races which answers yours question. But maybe you can use the search function with "A call to all faries" or something. I'm pretty sure it will come up with something.
There are even some races, e.g. halflings, which are not special races and are still not used very often. It seems that most players prefer humans or elves.

There should be orc gangs again.

There's been so little orcs for such an extent of time, that the current orcs don't even know orc talk. Searching "oomie" in my chatlog gets a result only halfway through.
