.................I would like to master Archery((distance Weapons)),Taking Pain((pary)),Swordsmanship((slashing)),and sheilding((concussion)).I will pay Whoever can get me maxed out for 3 hours of training i will pay this person 4 ingots..........................If you will do so,contact me through my carrier pigeon.................and i will speak to you about it,we will talk later,good day...............

9. Powergaming
If a character does the same action repeatedly for a longer time to increase his skills, then it is called powergaming. A harder case would be if a player is absent from computer in this time (watching TV or something). Example: casting attack spells on yourself. Powergaming is not allowed in Illarion.
Nothing against a warrior character (fits to an orc), but this IS obvisiously powergaming, cause you state that you want to maximize your skills within a short amout of time (three hours).
Sure your posting is written in some kind of RPG style, but it's still not okay that way!
