I'm stuck!

Due to some sort of glitch my character Quotsa is stuck inside a rock in the mountains north west of Trolls Bane. I cant move him AT ALL. Please can someone fix it

You could have dragged your char out of this place.

I've been spoken to twice by a GM over events in a past week, ingame. I'd hate to know how many times a GM has appeared next to me without me even knowing.
