A Thanks to Thorvald

Post by abcfantasy »

The 3 day tournament was just great!

I really enjoyed it seeing many chars training hard before the tournament...

The setting was nice, the organization, registration, everything :D (i also liked much the idea of the archery). It was amazing seeing all those people together, both spectators and participants. I really felt the excitement in my char and we will be looking forward for the next one

The only issue was the server lag, but everyone (or most) tolerated it, the fun was all worth it. And I'm sure the next time, this will improve.

But really, thanks Thorvald (and whoever helped him aswell) :D it was a success

Was indeed a pretty good event all in all.

Only a pitty that so many got clouded. But no skills or items were lost so its no problem :)

Good work Thorvald

Skills were lost o_O

Siltaris said she lost skills against Gerron yesterday *hugs Silti*

And the clouding...well...once you started backing off it took you 2 minutes until you finally did...so i soon stopped that at all since it wouldnt work

Thanks Thorvald! You did that so wonderful! The best tournament ingame ever ^_^

If i say, no skills are lost, i mean, no skills are lost.

All skills of the characters who took part in the tournament were saved before it started. After all the character logged out i setted all skills that were lower the before back to the state before the clouding.

Thank you all! It was a pleasure realising it, though it was partially really stressful. I will make sure to do another in future. I really have to announce another contest in Bow and Arrow, maybe a month earlier so people can practice before they join in. The script Nitram did for the contest was really neat.

Lianis told me we even have hit the 63-players-mark on Saturday at the Onehanded and Twohanded category.

It was a fine Tournament, indeed. Watching the fights and listen the talks around was pretty fun.

And all other things saying Jorokar before

No, One of My items disapeared from the ground as I died. Nitram said no one lost items, But I was correcting him. I was simply making a joke, because some people take items and run, and never #me xD
