Small preview of what should be finished this afternoon, or this evening at the latest (after which it still needs to be transfered onto the up-to-date-maps by Lennier, and then uploaded to the server by Vilarion (I presume)). Anyway, small preview of the coming of true mountains to Illarion:
Now in the process of changing the parts I do not like.

Oh, the small entrance thingie you might see in the upperleft corner (I know I should have put an arrow there), is where the mine-entrance is inside.
EDIT
*sigh* Forgetfull today. The Copper Mountains are portrayed here (a part of it)

It looks awesome - the next big step after the tile transition.
But: Will all "mountain"-tiles become impassable? That could stretch journeys and makes it difficult.

The idea was a Dutch-German cooperation, so I take the freedom to thank you for the compliment as well.
And yes, the mountains look great too.

The only thing wrong is that they perhaps should blend in with the tiles better. I have tried numerous combinations of pillars with tiles in the editor, but I couldn't really be pleased with a good combination. I absolutely adore the graphic too though.

I can't remember who it was that made those... It was a guy who came and then went as quick as he came. I forget his name.
I requested ten pillars in total from him--each of the elements (including Illarion's fifth element: spirit) in on and off positions. I felt that these could be used in static quests.
That's one thing that's missing, really. It's easy to write static quests when you have a number of "props" to make them with. I requested a lot of them in the past, but those two pillars are all that came of it. Not that I'm sad that those pillars are there by any measure.

*agrees* Perhaps you could take this mountainset and give it brownish/greenish colouring so I can make hills too? =D
