Ok, i really need help, technical help!!!
1: I've downloaded the new client 3 times, and the java thing about 2 times. I've read the technical page as well, so don't call me a n00by McN00berness. Every time i download it and try to play it, it comes up with a message saying: "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged. can someone help me?

Since you are posting in the wrong section of the forum (we have a technical part) and your subject is in caps and noobish "I need help!!!!", I can at least call you Forum-n00b. ;)

Since you have java installed, click on the "Play" button on the main page and when the dialog asks you what to do with the 'illarion_client.jnpl' you select to open it.

Really make sure you have Java installed, otherwise your machine does not understand the *.jnpl file.

Well, the message would indicate that the Client's .jar files were damaged during download.

Have you tried the offline installer or did you dowload directly from the illarion web site? I recommend trying the other way to install it.
