I have found out that some people in this town have been spreading rumors and lies about me, concerning black magic. Even though I do hold knowledge of black magic, I shall not deny this, I have never ever used black magic before. I have not performed any ritual yesterday, nor have I performed any in my lifetime.
The one that spread these lies about me shall be assured that I am not pleased, and that if I found out who did it, there will most surely be long talks between me and him or her. I am not amused by these actions.

Ich bin zur Einsicht gekommen das einige wenige Menschen dieser Stadt schwarze magie betreffend Lügen über mich verbreitet haben. Auch wenn ich Kenntnisse der schwarzen Magie besitze, dies möchte ich nicht abstreiten, so habe ich diese doch nie benutzt. Ich habe am gestrigen Tage keinerlei Ritual vollzogen, noch habe ich dies in meiner Lebenszeit.

There are several different rumors, rumour sources and hints about different situations, as well as your recent hasty and somewhat unhealthy behaviour.
If there is someone spreading such informations on purpose, it is not only one person. If it is not someone spreading it, it is your own behaviour causing it.
Avoid such misunderstandings in future, and think before acting. Especially in your position as Elder.

I am not amused by such arrogant ways of talking to me Damien. It is not my own behaviour causing it, because many of the elves feel I am either being blackmailed, or someone is befouling my reputation on purpose. This is not a misunderstanding, this is downright insulting.
Think before writing. Especially in your position as Praetor.

Rumors always have a source, Misjillah. Your somewhat unhealthy appearance as well as your late hot temper make people worry, and your collecting of blackstones also.
I did not want to put it into such hard words before and i must excuse for saying it so directly this time, but you have not seen my hint in our above conversations. I do not want to bring up old pain in your memories, but if an indirect hint does not help, i must talk directly : You should always be aware that the reputation of your deceased brother, may the five grant him the patience he lacked in this life, has left a mark on your whole family.
Your brother was a good friend of mine before he blinded his own sight and took his wrong step, which finally broke his neck. It is now your turn to proove that you are not like him, and that the blood of our ancestors runs pure within your veins. Please calm your temper, not for me, but for vanima.
As i said before, i will support and help everyone of the elven elders, the same counts for you.

Since you intend to support all of the Elders, then surely it must be merely an unfortunate misinterpretation on my part that you seem to be threatening Lady Misjilah. Perhaps your prejudices taint your judgement more than it had previously been thought, for I had assumed that our brothers and sisters were clear-headed and mature enough to realize that Misjilah and her late brother were and are indeed two completely separate entities. If we are all to be judged by the faults of our families, then none of us is fit to live or serve in Vanima. I am appalled at those who have spread these rumors about one of our Sisters, but I do hope that the rest of our brethren is above such petty gossip and will continue to support and honor Lady Misjilah in her role as Elder.
I know neither You, Damien, nor the brother Lady Misjilahs. But, however, I know Lady Misjilah and I respect her.
The rumors are absurd and damage to us elves, Vanima and to her considerably.
To stir up old stories, or to state the related of blood as a reason for a behaviour, I hold at this moment for wrong and not helpfully.
Are insured - you all her rumors spread that of a true basis are without - the elves stand behind her Elders.

Reading is one skill, understanding another, Fainne fast-minded. Before taking words as threat, you should really try to understand them. Where do you find a single threat in my words ?
I definitely dislike having to explain myself over and over again, child. Things may be sure for us, not for others. Misjillah will have to make up for the bad reputation of her brother, that is a fact too. I am sure she has the skill to show the patience and the understanding to do so, and remind her of my promise to help every elder where i can.
Patience and humility are virtues which must never be forgotten, and many of our own kind do these days. If we loose our heritage, we will loose our identity.
Of course, if even elves start acting like humans, the goal for Vanima has been clearly missed, and we would have to think about other possibilities of reminding the young ones of their own heritage.
Misjillah caused some of the rumors herself with her late behaviour, she must understand to remove them by herself, too, if she does not want support in the matter.
We already have found out that such rumors exist, and we have found out that they are spread by even reliable information sources because Misjillah herself has been acting in a hot temper lately, which may just be an understandable result of sickness.
Repeating such rumors without proof is pointless. But be sure that any form of black cultists will be struck without mercy by Vanima.
Be sure that we will not tolerate foul and destructive intentions within our own ranks.
