Seahorse als Veranstaltungsort

Das Seahorse bietet die Möglichkeit für Gruppen und Einzelpersonen, für private und öffentlich Festlichkeiten, als Veranstaltungsort zu dienen.

Zu diesem Zweck kann für die nötige Zeit die Dachterrasse gemietet werden.

Der Preis hierfür liegt bei 10 Silberstücken, ist aber verhandelbar.

Sollte eine umfangreiche Versorgung mit Getränken und Speisen gewünscht sein, so kann diese für 1 Silberstück pro Gast angeboten werden.

Hausordnung:

1. Auf dem Grundstück des Seahorse gelten die Regeln und Gesetze der Stadt Trolls Bane und müssen beachtet und befolgt werden
2. Jegliches aggressive Verhalten ist untersagt. Dazu zählen das Tragen gezogener Waffen, offensive Magie und gegenseitige Respektlosigkeit und Beleidigungen
3. Es sei keine Magie gestattet außer die der Heilung und des Beschwörens von Nahrung, und auch jene nur begrenzt. Ausnahmen sind Notfälle und die Verteidigung von Leben und Eigentum
4. Die Ruhe und Ordnung ist einzuhalten. Lärm zu Ruhezeiten ist zu unterlassen, die Einrichtung muss schonend behandelt werden. Unsittlichkeiten in öffentlichen Bereichen sind nicht gestattet.
5. Die Benutzung des Gebäudes, wie zum Beispiel Garten oder Dachterrasse für Festlichkeiten oder sonstige Aktivitäten ist zuvor mit dem Hausbesitzer abzusprechen
6. Das Verlieren der Zimmerschlüssel oder Beschädigung der Einrichtung hat den Verlust der 250 Kupfer Kaution zur Folge
7. Jegliche Anwendung dunkler Rituale, Machenschaften oder sonstiger unheiliger Praktiken ist aufs Höchste untersagt. Zuwiderhandlung wird umgehend bei der Stadtwache angezeigt
8. Die Privatsphäre der Mieter ist zu respektieren. Ihrem Wort in den von ihn angemieteten Räumlichkeiten folge zu leisten
9. Das Haus und der Garten sind sauber zu halten. Die Mieter sind verpflichtet ihre angemieteten Räumlichkeiten in gutem Zustand zu belassen

Seahorse as venue

The Seahorse offers for groups and single persons the possibility to use it as venue for private and public solemnities.

For these purposes it is possible to rent the roof-deck.

The price for renting it are negotiable 10 silvercoins

A wide supply of drinks and meals, if wished, is offerd for 1 silvercoin for each guest.

Rules of the house:

1. On the land of the Seahorse reside the rules and laws of the town Trolls Bane . Everyone has to observe and abide these rules and laws
2. Every agressive behaviour is forbidden. That includes the wearing of drawn weapons, offensive magic, disrespectfulness and indignities
3. Every magic except healing and creating food is forbidden. Even those spells should be limited to a minimum. Exceptions are emergencies and the defending of belongings and life
4. Quietness and order are to be kept. Noisiness while the rest periods must desist. The equipment has to be handled gently. Immoralities in the public areas are forbidden
5. The using of the building, like the garden and the roof-deck, for solemnities or other activities have to be arranged with the owner of the house
6. Losing the room key or damaging the room equipment will cause the loss of the 250 copper coins deposit
7. All kinds of dark rituals, machinations or other unholy practices are strictly forbidden. Violation will be advised to the town guard.
8. The privacy of the renters has to be respected. Their word has to be obeyed in their rented rooms
9. The house and the garden have to be kept clean. The renters are obligated to leave the rented rooms in a good condition.

What is the current status of the Seahorse Inn? From what I see right now it is falling unfortunately close to the status it was in before the sale of it a year or so back.

The Seahorse Inn is still in possession of Thomas Tiefensee and maintained by me, Lady Samantha Meryadeles. Currently three rooms are in use, but without a payment for them. One room is free, and there shall be another one build in the future.

The room can be rented, aswell as the top for celebrations. But currently, and since a while, there are no interests in that.

That should be enough information.

Well, the original owner is no longer here looking over the building, it has become fairly inactive again, and it was auctioned by a third party, so these facts put us in a slight dilemma.
