I wanna walk and talk like an orc.

Im new and i just wanna know some terms in orc. anyone know outside of the game where i can find like a translating thing or something?

With the command !l (lowercase L) you can change the language your character speaks.
!l orc for example makes him speak orcish.
This way only characters with knowledge in the particular language are able to understand you.

But if you like to use this baby-talk of our current orcs, take a look arround the RPG and Guild board, there are plenty examples of thier talk.

Thanks.. so about the !l thing. when it ry it it says [Orc] before what i say. can people here me say just hello or do they here greebas. and how would i talk the " babyish" again.

It says [orc] to let you and everyone around know that that is the language you speaking.
You still say "hello" if that is what you typed, but the humans or dwarves, etc who cannot speak orc have no idea what it is you said. If you want something to come out a certain way (as in "Greebas"), you have to type it yourself.
To switch back to the common tongue (which everyone can understand) and once again speak "baby", use !l common.

quick terms:

human= oomie

halfling= shorty

elf= long ear

dwarf= stubsy

hello= greebas

farewell=farbas

of course this is just from what Ive seen most orcs say. theres no official alnguage, you could just make up your own.

Remember that Orcs Have trouble with COMMON.. and not with their own tongue so

Orc: Greebas

Orc: [Orc] Hello

Remember to speak orcish normally....

some talk like and orc when they are using the !l orc command....there is no right or wrong way to do it....personally i find it easyer to talk purly in the babies talk when i am playing Gabon...its just how i do it
