We'd like to announce to you that we are planning to clean up the guild board a little bit.
In order to do so, we need to know which of the guilds are still active and in game.
Please PM us (Aragon or Me) and tell us your guild is still active.
And please add in the PM the link to the topic, your guild uses.
We just need one PM per guild and preferably from the person who started it.
How this "cleaning up" looks like is still undecided,
this could be everything from deleting, locking inactive topics or moving them somewhere else.
We also cannot tell you the exact date when we start, but it will be sometime soon.
We'd just like to inform you, so you have enough time to make up your mind if your guild is still active or ready to move into the chronicles of Illarions history.

Hiermit möchten wir ankünndigen, dass wir vorhaben das Gilden Board etwas aufzuräumen.
Um dies durchzuführen müssen wir herrausfinden welche von den Gilden noch aktiv am Spiel teilnehmen.
Bitte schickt eine PM an uns (Aragon oder Mich) und teile mit ob deine Gilde noch aktiv ist.
Und bitte fügt in die PM den Link zu dem Topic ein, den eure Gilde benutzt.
Wir brauchen nur eine PM pro Gilde und bevorzugt auch nur von der Person die sie gestartet hat.
Wie genau dieses "Aufräumen" aussieht ist noch nicht entschieden,
es könnte alles sein von der Löschung, Schliessung bis zum Verschieben der betreffenen Topics.
Ebenfalls wissen wir noch nicht genau wann wir anfangen, aber es wird bald sein.
Wir wollen euch nur rechtzeitig informieren, damit ihr genug Zeit habt euch zu überlegen ob eure Gilde noch aktiv ist oder schon bereit ist in die Chroniken von Illarions Geschichte einzugehen.

Das Board wird heute aufgeräumt und alle Topics geschlossen, die bisher noch nicht sich zurückgemeldet haben, dass ihre Gilde noch aktiv ist.
Falls ihr euch noch nicht gemeldet habt, könnt ihr euch jederzeit noch melden (nur ab heute werden eben die Topics erstmal geschlossen sein).

Wir haben uns entschieden, die Gilden als inaktiv anzusehen, in deren Topics seit zwei Monaten nicht mehr gepostet wurde. Diese Topics werden geschlossen. Eine Neuöffnung ist wieder möglich, wenn nachgewiesen wird, dass immer noch vier aktive Chars verschiedener Spieler hinter dieser Gilde stehen (per PM an Aragon oder Lianis).

We have decided, that we will see a guild as inactive, when the last post in their topic is older than two months. The topic will than be closed.
Reopen the topic is possible, if verified, that four chars from different players are again in the guild (Pm to Aragon or Lianis).
